SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION AVAILABLE

REITrader.com is an online search platform transforming the way in which investors acquire and sell off market real estate investment properties.

We are seeking sales representatives that will facilitate the sales of wholesale and turnkey properties in our currently expanding markets.

1. Locate viable clients interested in acquiring investment properties as long term investments in designated geographical markets offered by REITrader.
2. Sales representatives will refer clients via our platform www.reitrader.com.
3. Once a client selects a property, the sales representative will coordinate all communications between the client and the owner/seller of the property and will assist with obtaining signed contract.
4. The sales representative acts only as a facilitator of REITrader.com providing client referrals to sellers of properties. The sales representative NEVER acts in a capacity that would require a real estate agent license, unless the sales representative currently holds an active real estate license in the state in which the property is located.
5. Sales representatives will be provided with a Web based CRM portal workspace where they will be able to track and manage all client contact and lead activities.
6. The sales representative will closely coordinate all activities with the home office.
7. As we are in multiple markets, sales representatives work remotely.
8. This is a commission only position with the potential to earn $150K+ yearly.
